There's only 2 weeks a year that I only work 3 days. Thanksgiving and the week of the Virginia Fire Rescue Conference. Other than that, if I'm taking time off and going somewhere, I'm taking the whole week.

Great news today. My wife doesn't have breast cancer. The samples were benign. She still needs to see the specialist though to look over her areola issue and determine if the pain is too much in which case they may still do surgery for the dense tissue.

Great news for me to come home from work to. Granted the possibility of surgery is not great, the reason for it could be much, much worse.
