I completely agree. It's similar to stocks, etc. Trying to guess the top or bottom hardly works. I had a counter-offer from a seller for 2 Simmons silver PSA 10 at 1750 per. Thought it was ridiculous. Now I can't get one under 2k.

I think all the Silver Prizm RC's are going to come out way overpriced. Don't let it suck you in to much. Get a feel for the print runs to.

My best guess would be 2-5 days after the regular hobby release. That's when you'll have the most product listed on eBay. Auctions might slip through some cracks since there will be so many and sellers will probably undercut on BIN's. I'd imagine 10+ days after release less and less will be available on eBay and prices will hold steady at least. Going to see a lot of fluctuations in the next week or so.

I agree. With the current buy-in price for boxes/cases, I can see sellers pricing them for higher than normal (initially and maybe even longer)

After spending half the morning watching my friend break 2 of his 6, my lonely box finally arrived. Its going into the closet for a while. I can't complain as I ordered mine at nearly 10 pm the day they went on sale.

Makes sense. Definitely going to be monitoring eBay sales over the first few weeks to see how it fluctuates.
