Maybe, but he looked like he pulled something trying to run to first base.

He didn’t get injured playing RF though… it was running to first base. You still have to run to first base when you DH unless you hit a home run or strike out.

As a BO doctor (but not a doctor of humans), he needs to lose weight.

Trout said he’s hoping to play tomorrow.

Everybody breathe a sigh of relief.

The next Rafael Devers?

When you play the outfield, you accumulate additional wear and tear (especially at Trout's weight) chasing balls down, jumping, making throws, etc. The accumulation of that wear and tear may have led to this injury, or not. No one really knows, it just sucks at this point.

Sadly, there aren’t any better options on the bench.

Mike Trout was removed from Wednesday’s game against the Mariners for precautionary reasons with left knee soreness.

Trout told reporters following Wednesday’s contest that he’s already feeling better and expressed optimism that he’ll be ready for Thursday’s series opener against the Tigers. He also noted that he’s already undergone some preliminary testing, which didn’t reveal anything serious. It’s a significant concern for fantasy managers since Trout missed most of last season with a torn meniscus in his left knee. It sounds like his early exit was out of an abundance of caution and he’s not dealing with anything serious. He should be considered day-to-day for now.

He also planned to play the full game yesterday.

Seriously though… if I was the Angels, I honestly wouldn’t rush him back. He has played every game this year. He is due for an off day.

There’s no place like home. Mikey should finish his career in Philly. Compete for a championship. Best for all parties.

Once he got fat, he broke down. If he doesn't enjoy surgeries, he needs to lose a good chunk of weight

He is a 3x MVP and 9x silver slugger winner, he absolutely goes to the hall even if his WAR was lower.

Mike Trout 3 MVP 9 SS

Alex Rodriguez 3 MVP 10 SS

Barry Bonds 7 MVP 12 SS

That's the list since SS came along in 1980. 45 years, 3 players. Maybe one of them did it clean

When did Trout get fat? I thought he was stocky and muscular?
