I don't see that happening. I have been selling off a lot of my singles and slabs and they are flying. I decided to go auction on a bunch of singles and they are selling for more than I would have listed them for BIN. With Destined Rivals / Glory of Team Rocket on the horizon, that Pokemon train is going to keep on rolling.

I am seeing the same thing. Prices are lower but prices are significantly higher if a person drills out more than one month. Content creators need to make content about the “crash” so they only look at one month data usually. For instance, the 151 Zard was $100 a year ago. It is down from its high, but still sells for over $225.

That was pretty much the consensus--that they've been dropping from their peak the last month. Most of the recent videos were from small time youtubers, mostly just celebrating that stuff is getting more affordable. There are reddit threads about singles dropping too.

Even if prices are just low enough for the low-to-mid ultra modern japanese cards to no longer be profitable to grade and flip at the current fee of $19, that should make their volume more manageable.

In other words, PSA will only take responsibility if I own the card even if the card with the wrong label is pictured in their population report. Not surprising given the volume of cards PSA manages, but disappointing that obvious errors can't be corrected.

My vintage bulk order got rocked! 21 cards, 7 half grades, and 1 MC. Nothing above a 6.5. I had a card that was a PSA 8(OC) that I wanted out of the OC and was hoping for a 6. got a 5. The 6.5 i truly thought was going to be much higher.

I'm at nearly 3 months in Research & ID for my PSA/DNA order.

These are totally common cards too. And small 1 and 2 card orders.
But it's PSA/DNA, so any auto grading always takes forever.

Still ridiculous when two orders arrive at the same time, with the same service and one has an estimated completion date about a month later.

Oh well.

Looks like we're really close on the March special (mine just completed yesterday) and I'm still in R&ID for my 29 card bulk 1980+ that was delivered on 4/7 and in R&ID 4/17. How are you feeling on that bulk going into Grading soon?

Nice! Yeah, I have seen my bulk orders sit in R&ID for anywhere between 2-5 weeks before hitting grading. I never know and there's no pattern. I'd say roughly 2 more weeks. we'll see!

I dont submit a ton, only about 25 orders since the beginning of 2024, but I've had a bulk 1980+ get checked in and completed in a month, and I've had it take 3 months.

I had an order that arrived to PSA on 1/28 and popped today after being in blue check assembly for six weeks. I now know why it sat for six weeks....I got the grader of death. 5 out of 30 gem rate. 80's and 90's paper. I can't remember the last time I got grades this bad. I only submitted what I thought was a 10 or at worst a 9.

In my experience, 2024 select is a super clean set, especially the autos. You just have to make sure they’re centered well, but you can see that easily from pics posted. I wanna say my gem% on autos is easily 85+%. That includes horizontal.

One got a 1 as expected but the other got a 2 and I expected a 4. graders notes stated glue residue, but that was sooo faint. anyone else have experience with glue residue and grading harshly?
