I actually had a deal in place to move a major Brady card and buy this and another Mahomes in it's place. I guess it's worked out for both of us that I chose not to take the deal.

I am very confused. I didn't even know this was being auctioned, and when I go to premier auction I cannot find it when I search by either Mahomes or by highest. I only see the gold /10 RPA. But then when I click that link it's there...is this in the premier auction? What am I doing wrong?

Actually the last one sold for $860,000 the week before he played in this past SB. But it was Serial 1/5.

If this 4/5 is 700-800k+, gotta put the 1/5 well over a million now today.

You couldn’t be more wrong about that. They do a pretty good job of vetting the Premier buyers.

Their eBay auctions I would agree, but they have checks/balances for the premier. Ya I’m sure some stuff goes unpaid, but I’d assume it’s a very low %. They aren’t just letting anyone bid on a Mahomes of that caliber.

Do you know if it went for $525,000 or $630,000? It doesn't say whether the price included the BP or not.

It would be 525 total. Ended auctions include that price.

The Good news:

The Chiefs are the top ranked team....

The Bad news:

The Chiefs player the 6th, 4th, and 3rd rated teams in the first 5 weeks.

Looks like we're going to see what they got here early!

Not too worried about it. Everyone in the AFC is going to drop games. Baltimore /Cleveland will beat up on each other. I personally think the AFC East is going to be much more competitive than some think and I could see the Bills dropping a few games within the division. Not too mention they have to go on the road to KC, Tenn, and Bucs.

Chiefs played down constantly to their competition last year. They beat a lot of good teams in the regular season last year. The back half of their schedule isn't bad at all tbh. Raiders, Cowboys, Broncos, Raiders, Chargers, Steelers, Bengals, Broncos.
