So, after discussing with my wife that we would get our house ready for the market and look to buy a new house next spring/summer so our Son could finish 7th grade at his current school, my wife goes and sends me a house I absolutely fall in love with and want now.

I'd probably need a new job in the long run because the current commute would be almost 2 hours.

Thankfully, it's right down the street from Patuxent Navy Base.
