Well the Mrs decided it would be a good idea to try and call social security instead of waiting and put me on a conference line. Not a good idea while waiting on hold it caused me to miss the scheduled call. Oh well time to take Chez’s advice and go the online route.

I didn’t realize it happening but somewhere over the last 2 years I have become the grumpy old man I never wanted to be. For that I am sorry but it really is hard to be happy nowadays.

Nah even Glen isn’t as grumpy as I have been feeling lately. I don’t know what is causing it. Usually I can pinpoint things that make me feel this way but lately everything points to I should be happier. If I changed medication or was fighting with my wife or son I could explain it. It is nothing that happened on this site either as disagreements and small skirmishes are all part of it.

101 with a heat index of 111 today. We went to get equipment bags together in our equipment room that has no air. We had to ride to Lowe's to get some stuff, we saw a guy in a halter top walking around in the parking lot with a fan. It has been a strange day.

My friend sent me a text earlier to check on me because she hadn't heard from me in a few days. I told her I'm really busy getting ready for football and I know she has been busy doing lifeguard certification classes so I didn't want to bother her. People around here still say we're dating, when we are just friends. I told a few people they need to stop worrying about what I do so much.
