Why would I even care, he can wear as many as he wants, it doesn’t affect my life whatsoever.

But to give you an explanation there is a 1 hour time difference between Chicago and New York so that might be the reason.1 on New York time and one on Chicago time, but that would make sense.

My guess...

The smart watch for his steps, sleeping, heart rate, etc.

The other is a dumb watch, but has a second hand that he can look at to time pitches, etc.
