It does. It's FedEx Home Delivery which is much better than Smart Post.

Normally takes 4 Days to Colorado for me after Topps finally hands it to FedEx. No USPS involved either.

Has anyone had luck with the 3% cashback and making 582 purchases? I have no idea how to navigate to the product without Topps direct link - so I purchase with it already in my cart when I click affiliate link. Wondering if it works still.
