Not surprised you would think everything is false, though.
Not everything is false. Plenty of it is true. But with so much of it being fabricated entirely, exaggerated, misinterpreted by the ‘victim’, etc. it becomes much more difficult to sort out fact from fiction. It also hurts the public perception of the entire movement to have so many false claims out there from people that just want to be part of the victim club. A woman who was actually a victim of rape has her story lost in a sea of nonsense ranging from “he touched my shoulder” to vindictive accusations with zero truth. Until people like Jamele and Bubba start calling these things for what they are, skepticism will continue to grow, the movement will lose public support, and we will go back to not paying attention to a lot of this.

We should defund the FBI. Clearly they have more money, time, and manpower than they know what to do with if this warranted 15 agents being involved.

Jemele Hill is annoying. People like her, Jessie Smollett, Hannity, Geraldo Rivera, Alex Jones among others stir the racial pot up just to upset and rile up the masses. I used to think the same about about Rev. Al Sharpton and his stirring the racial pot. These days, imho, he has chilled out a bit and actually speaks in a more credible and chilled out manner that is thoughtful and meaningful. I know people do not like the guy but I think he is a solid leader in this movement.

A little OT...
Being the only white guy in a predominantly black area, I was subjected to racism and ignorance. My friends always stuck up for me but one incident in particular always stuck with me. I was called a derogatory name and one of my friends said, "It doesn't matter about his skin color. We all bleed red." Take it as simple of a statement as that is but that always stuck with me.

Yeah he wasn’t very bright to pick her. Hope Biden’s choice of woman is better.

Sounds like you need a heart to heart with yourself to learn to be more honest with yourself.

Why would anyone want this to be true? My only guess is to maintain victimhood status. There’s a comfort in victimhood. How many people like to pretend they have a gluten allergy or some other lame ass disease? I can’t think of any other reason.

He could’ve easily saved himself here. Instead of doubling down on the noose angle, thank the FBI for their investigation, thank fans and colleagues for their support, express how relieved you are that this type of behavior isn’t part of your sport after all, mention that you will continue to advocate for racial equality, and move on.

YES. Well said. He blew it.

I was at MSU when she put on sports coverage for the school paper. She was terrible and admitted she knew nothing about sports, but it got her off the editorial page for a while.

At best, Jemele Hill should be writing for a local paper reporting about yard sales and birthdays.
