Trout isn’t going anywhere, especially on the heels of seeing Ohtani walk. He’s owed a lot of money, has been oft injured and Arte isn’t going to pay him to play for the Dodgers. No team will pick up the entirety of his contract or send worthwhile prospects back the other way. I can’t wait for the season to start so we can get past all this clickbaity offseason BS.

I would like to see Trout DH and move somewhere with the potential to compete in the playoffs at this point...Philly, the Yankees, etc...most teams have a better shot than an Arte Moreno-owned Angels franchise.

Angels said last week that they are not trading him. He'll retire without every playing in the post season again.

I don't see it happening unless he pushes for it. Right now, Trout is the only thing that will keep the fans going to Angels games.

I agree. He seems content to hang out with the low expectations/low stress Angels and never sniff the postseason. At least he gets to get a jump on watching his Eagles in the preseason, lol.
