The coach that was yelling profanity the other night is here to meet with our director, the county rec director, and my immediate supervisor in athletics. I told them yesterday that he needs to be done in my opinion. I asked if I needed to be in the meeting to tell them/him anything and they said no.

Yesterday it was lunch with the Command Sergeant Major and his adjutant. Today, I met the Colonel and we talked for about 20 minutes.

My boss joked that I would have her job soon. Sadly, she has never met the Colonel in person; only on a Teams meeting. I'm pretty sure it is kind of important to meet the person who your contract primarily supports.

This Colonel and Command Sergeant Major are great, down to earth people. I don't think you need to kiss their butt and if you did, they'd be the ones to make fun of you for doing it.

Because you were not invited (as an eyewitness if nothing else), the coach isn't going anywhere. Sounds like a formality to me. I hope I'm wrong like usual.

We had our meeting about the situation yesterday. I had to give statements to add to the statements fans had sent in. I really don't care what they do at this point, I just know that if this coach isn't punished they are setting things up where they can't punish any coach.
