Ugh. I'm done. You are incapable of comprehending anything I say. I am not saying buyer should have to pay the fees. I'm saying it should be clearly stated in the negotiation who is paying the fees, and that both parties are responsible to make sure it is. You have repeatedly dodged the issue and misconstrued what I've said. This is pointless. If your communication as a seller is anything like this post, I can understand why you have so many complaints. YOU are the problem.

I will agree I’m having trouble comprehending what you are saying because the stories, quantities and everything else keeps changing.

In the photo/example in my last post, the seller assumed the buyer was paying PayPal. At that assumption level, both parties agreed to PayPal’s terms and service, if PayPal as the avenue is assumed… by the seller, should it also not be assumed the deal was in goods?

You can tell me I can’t read and insult me, but can I just get any answer for this situation?

I can't see your photo. I'm on Tapatalk and you didn't post the image in your post, you attached it. So I can't comment on it. Regardless, both parties need to communicate, so if one party is making an assumption, and it doesn't go the way they assume, then both parties are at fault. People need to take personal responsibility in a deal to make sure things are clear and not assumed. Period. If that offends you, sorry. That's a reasonable way to behave.


I think part of the problem is you are taking what I say to mean I agree with how some of the people you complain about do things or that they way you do is wrong. I'm not. I'm simply advocating a position that understands those people are out there, so you need to realize some people do things differently than you assume, so you should not get to the end of the transaction without discussing all the terms. I don't care what those terms are. That's irrelevant. But failing to talk about them, and assuming what the other party intends is not a good way to do business.

And I’m not at all offended. Frankly I find it funny when lawyers feel the need to tell people they are lawyers unsolicited. I also get a chuckle out of adults older than me insulting and name calling online behind anonymity. Like you said to me, if most people on the thread disagree with you and you find yourself fighting with all of them, maybe the personal responsibility is in understanding the problem may not be everyone else but the person arguing and insulting several people on one thread. But just a thought from my inexperienced, Whiney, low-end buying, can’t read problem self.

I don't know what you are doing, so don't know how to fix it. I'm using the mobile app. I just click "add photo" and select it from my phone's gallery. I don't know why you have to always be so hostile.
