Lol you're hanging on the rim after one good half? It won't be pretty next Thursday. I'll bet you a million Shrute bucks.

It’s a 17 game season. People said it was over before it started. Then they came in after week one and two to say the same thing. I wasn’t ready to pull the plug.

They had a good offensive game against a really good defense on the road. The season was saved for the time being.

Yes I’ll hang on the rim for 4 days thanks.

It’s all good. I think we both know how it goes on here. Nice to finally enjoy a win.

They’re a field goal kicker away from 2-1 and that week one loss to Minnesota doesn’t look nearly so bad anymore. Especially after how they made Stroud look today.

Dallas is playing bad football and the Giants are playing decent football. They have more of a chance this Thursday than most would’ve thought before today.

Glad to see they won. I don’t get into the football season until the Yankees season is over so I am just hoping the Giants keep winning until I can give them full attention.

Nice to see ya back Spuds. At least we can enjoy a win for a few days.

A game like this always renews my confidence in Daboll. Even last year when things were falling off the rails he found a way to regroup and win some games down the stretch with Cutlets and Tyrod.

After 3 weeks the biggest positive continues to be the overall play of the offensive line. Andrew Thomas definitely had his hands full with Garrett yesterday but the rest of them held up very well. Such a drastic difference from the last few seasons.

In a down year for QB play Jones is right in the middle of the pack and has played two good games in a row. I don’t think there’s a coincidence that he plays better on the road. When you’re getting boo’ed by your own fans after the first possession of the season it’s probably not easy. Nice to see those fans eat some crow for a week. Hopefully they’ll give him a chance on Thursday in a big game against the Cowboys.

Brian Burns showed out yesterday. Nice to see.

Deonte Banks is really disappointing thus far. He has no ball skills whatsoever.

If anyone else has some takes let’s hear em

I'll give Jones credit, I didn't give them a chance going into the Dog Pound. He didn't throw any pick 6s, and we have to admit, throwing to Malik helps cover up a lot of short comings. Not to mention, Browns offense and Watson are pretty bad.

1. Nice to see some deserved credit for Jones. There’s a surprise I didn’t see coming.

2. A good percentage of QBs in the league benefit from quality skill players. It’s not a coincidence guys like Geno, Sam Darnold, etc can possibly become quality starters in the NFL after they are placed in a better situation. I dont think it’s a knock on any of those guys (including Jones) that they need good players to be successful.

3. The Browns offensive line is a train wreck. Watson might not be great but man does he have to run for his life. I can see why his play has rapidly declined. They were playing guards at tackle yesterday with all the injuries.

I’m thankful for Jones.

Also thankful for Watson.

Yesterday they conspired together to bless me in unanticipated ways.

Bless up.

Steelers are going to eat him alive. Their offensive line reminds me of the Giants for the last 5 years.

His play is alarming.

More often than not he seems to be in a good position to make a play and he just whiffs on the ball to knock it down. Yesterday a ball hit him in the back of his foot that should’ve been an easy interception if he turned around.

He took that play off when Cooper beat him for a 6 yard touchdown. He was 10 yards off of him and didn’t even react to the slant.

And you’re right, he’s way too cocky for how he is playing right now.

My wife was at her friends on Sunday and reminded me they play Dallas on Thursday. I told her Dallas in primetime sucks because that’s when Dallas gets well. She is more optimistic than I am as she said maybe the Giants will surprise you. I hope she is right.

Suddenly the Commanders loss doesn't look so bad. Daniels is a problem.

I just said the same thing. Losing to the Vikings and Commanders doesn’t seem that terrible anymore.

Who even knows what kind of team the Giants are right now?

Thursday will be telling. Ol Giants would get annihilated by an angry Cowboys team that is due to click. Jones would go 17-40 for 173 yds 1 td 2 int and a FL. We'll see.

Yup. I think it’s 11 straight losses to Dallas right now.

Edit- just looked it up. It’s 12 out of the last 13

Game day has arrived. Some things that will be highlighted tonight.

Daniel Jones has been really bad in Prime time. I think he’s 0-9.

Giants are 1-12 in their last 13 games against Dallas including some absolute embarrassing games on prime time.

Two starting cornerbacks will be out tonight. Including slot corner Phillips who would have matched up with Lamb. Yikes.

Giants next four games are against Seattle, Cincy, Philly, Pittsburgh. So it’s not getting easier.

I really hope they show up tonight.
