I am always open to creative ways to get my art into the hands of people who will really appreciate it. That is more important to me than making money. Happy to brainstorm ideas to make it work

I was thinking the same thing. Funny thing is, my first impression of Inception was, “those are some awesomely ugly cards”. I don’t know what it is, but I simultaneously find the 2020 Inception cards hideous and love the look of them. The 1969 2020 Project Ryan card is having the same effect on me and I am feeling compelled to buy one. It speaks to me.

Exactly. And the last one just came out last Tuesday. It was 7 days instead of 14. I was trying to plan it out to possibly buy each one but I have some other things going on right now so I didn’t think it was possible, but with one coming out exactly a week later I’m definitely out on this one. .

After seeing the Ryan, I can’t wait to see the Clemente! Maybe I’ll buy two so I can get one signed by you. Wish I lived closer to NY to visit the studio. My gf and her oldest kid would love that too.

I think I probably appreciate these cards more Bc my gf is an artist with amazing talent and I see how hard it is for her to find appreciation for it. Everyone always thinks they can do it better or cheaper or whatever. I know it’s frustrating for her, but it’s equally frustrating for me. I see the long nights she puts into her art for the people to offer her what amounts to about $2 an hour for the finished product.

Anyway, can’t wait to see your others but especially the Clemente.

There's something I'm not sure I understood: will all artists be making their own version of the same 20 cards? If that's the case, this Dodgers' fan is really looking forward to what you will be doing with Koufax and Jackie Robinson.

There are 20 Artist Proofs that are silver framed, and there is a Gold Frame 1/1.

For the 20 APs, you can buy them directly online for $99.99 (if you can beat the bots).
But the Gold Frame 1/1s are randomly included to those who order the base version of the cards.

So, you have a chance at the 1/1 if you are buying direct from Topps!
But I suppose you are buying from ebay resellers.

Yes, every artist is painting every athlete. So I will have a Koufax and Jackie. I actually just finished the Jackie and submitted it to TOPPS yesterday. Will post it here as soon as I am allowed to!

Noon CST usually not pickup the AP cards within seconds but there are unlimited regular cards.
