Selling your Ohtani's is going to be a show. If I am lucky to pull one it will def be going to PWCC to avoid any headaches.

Probably testing the market before selling privately. Or getting an inflated price they know it wouldn't have sold at to use as a starting point for negotiations with a private buyer.
