Like I said, the Brewers record was suspect. Most of their games had been against bad teams.

Sad loss with no fault on the pitchers. Schmidt shut down a great offense for 5 and 2/3rds innings giving up only 1 run on 3 hits. I feel we really needed to win this one to set the tone for the rest of the series.
