Last night at drill, they busted out the tools and busted up cars doing MVC extrication drills. The only better drill is setting them on fire.

Tomorrow, I have to be at the fire house at 9AM to help setup for the banquet. Banquet starts at 6PM. I also have to get my oil changed on my car so it's ready to go for our trip to Florida.

Going to a Chinese buffet with my son for lunch today as I know he won’t be called in today. My wife is going to see a comedian with her boss tonight, sorry guys her boss is a woman who I know so no drama. My dog looks so different after going to the groomer and getting her checkup 107 pound labradoodle but with her hair cut short she looks more straight breed lab.

Problems with the other store's alarm last night. Took me about a half hour and talking to 2 different level 2 people at the alarm company to figure it out.

As long as you don’t get locked in everything will be fine. Try to keep this story short but it is funny.

In the antiquated early 80’s I worked at a place called rockboftom in Staten Island, me and the other supervisor were doing our nightly close and I was in the back storage area and the other supervisor locked all the doors as he thought I left for the night. This place only let you unlock the doors to get out with certain keys which I didn’t have on me, remember in those days no cellphones or anything so I was pretty much trapped until somebody walked by or I had to trip the alarm which I wasn’t going to do. Finally got in touch with somebody and 2 hours later the other supervisor came back and unlocked the door. On the bright side it made them institute a new policy before they locked up for the night.

I might be speaking out of place as I don’t know the area or much about this chicken barbecue but it seems they were more focused on their profit margin than their community based on the comments.

I like this way of thinking better than the story I told my son. I told him I died in this life so I don’t get any fortune because I am not around anymore.

No games or practices tonight. I went in this morning to get the fields dressed for a top gun softball tournament this weekend. If the storms do hit, I'm not going to get fields playable in the morning.
