I dunno, I'm more concerned with the paper than the rims. I'm just not sure they had colors like that on cards from the 1900's so you should definitely go see a paper expert.

I can't believe I missed out on the legendary prop-head card. I'm glad to see he was pictured with his original team of Barnum and Bailey. If someone wants to put theirs up on epier I'd gladly bid it up to a price equivalent to the US GDP. I'll even let you keep the book rights!

On a serious note if Topps can get this guy included in their next Mars Attacks! product I would pledge my allegiance to our new alien overlords.

I just got my card in the mail too. I already went to a pawn shop, three paper experts and a printing expert at Office Max. They all confirm that this is genuine and worth millions. I posted it on facebook and have thousands of messages and requests for interviews all over the world.

I am working on a book...actually considering writing a trilogy on this card.

I had my mother-in-law look at mine. She reads the newspaper every morning so she knows her paper quality and she said it was the real deal.

Mars is back on Facebook trying to sell a picture (autographed I guess) of himself with the card. Must be hard up for cash. I offered 21 cents - fingers crossed.
