How does everyone not have k13 on ignore by now?

$4k is a nice price for a PSA 10. The market cap is equal to the PSA 10 86F MJ Sticker. Amazing how people still underestimate the power of the international markets for a player like Luka. You’d think they’d come to a realization by now seeing how Ohtani’s stuff is doing.

I was talking about “investors” who bought multiple stacks of the silvers instead of placing the money equivalent in colors

Exactly why when silver PSA 10 were selling around $500 I was busy buying blue /199 BGS 9.5 and PSA 10 around $700, it was in the first year of 2018-19 Prizm release fyi.

I wish like hell I was in cards his rookie season. I have three PSA 9 prizms (silver, red ice, and b/y/g) all bought within the last 2 months. I guess the way I see it, the market has been dipping.. and while they’re not cheap, I’m probably never going to get wrecked because the market should always be there for them. I’m a Luka collector first and foremost, but it’ll be nice to see them appreciate along the way

You are definitely taking the right approach. When you “collect” a player and not just look at the profits it makes it easier to enjoy. In 5 years the market will have changed multiple times, but unless Luka stops developing his stuff will be higher.

No kidding. $8k-10k for a Luka silver was not sustainable. $4k seems much more likely.

I’ll just say the BYG looks a lot better in person, but I can understand that. But yea, I like it for the looks and the fact that there’s probably not going to be too many of them added to the pop report over time. Don’t see too many people buying choice boxes to rip for 8 cards

No, its not a 1/1, just a regular rc sticker auto, but it may be a 1/1 based on grading pop report, which I have no idea.

I think the 1/1 comes from a future listing that will say “attempted stolen card in Dallas eBay 1/1 INVEST”
