I am right there with you. I have two orders that have been in the green assembly check mark for 3+ weeks and both have now passed the estimated date. Same with you, never seen it go past that date before.

Yeah, may as well send everything bulk or with the special, seems like PSA is slowing down again so no sense in paying extra if they continue at this pace.

I have no idea if going into Assembly 4 days after going into grading (which includes the weekend) is a good thing or a bad thing.

Edit: Just noticed that on the main page it says "Assembly", but when I click on the Order# it still says "Grading".

If it makes you feel any better, my May Special "order arrived" (delivered) at PSA on 5/6, and it hasn't even been entered into the system yet.

I remember PSA was taking ages in the past to enter orders into their system, but recently I always saw items entered in quickly, (about 2-3 days from delivery.)

Maybe they're sending all the May Specials from CA to Jersey?
No idea, just a guess. We'll see.

I got a message from PSA last night that I screwed up my count on two cards. I had the quantity marked at two instead of one. I have had this happen before or I was short on the form and they had to add a card. Anyway, the message said that if I didn't respond in 48 hours they would cancel the order and ship back to me at the original return shipping that PSA had on the order.

Typically in the past PSA just notified me of a quantity issue and proceeds with the grading. Needless to say I did respond right away but still found it odd.

I had an April TCG special that took 10 days to enter the system after arriving, but it has moved at a decent clip since then. Now in Assembly. I too think that the delay means your cards went to NJ.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I haven't had great luck with orders that shipped back from NJ, but we'll see. Fingers crossed.

Aannnddddd we’re back to 83% gem modern bulk orders. 50/60. So we went from 85% to 88% to 48% back to 83%. Pretty much all similar cards. Make it make sense!

I had an order pop this Monday (5/13) and one pop yesterday on Tuesday (5/14). Both orders were 60 cards each at $19/bulk. Split up 120 cards into two orders of 60, with equal condition of cards (same sets) in each batch in case I got a grader of death. Was expecting around 75%-80% gem rate on these two orders.

Monday order - 45/60 gemmed
Tuesday order - 11/59 gemmed with one N6 mininum size requirement (pulled this one from a pack and is the same size as the other cards). The one and only N6 in this order happened to be the most valuable card in the submission if it popped a 10, funny coincidence huh? Got grader of death'ed.

I've been happy with PSA's turnaround time lately, but the inconsistency with grading is/has always been head scratching. How does the same quality of cards in two different batches have a 75% gem rate vs. 18% gem rate? You would expect minor differences, but a 57% variance in gem rates is insane.

Interesting....same service but PSA got mine on 5/9 and had it in research and ID on 5/13 I wonder if it is because they were forced to process my orders due to including a few regular service items as well.

I have two orders from the May special, a 14 card order, and an 11 card order. Both arrived 5/6, and both were finally entered into the system today as well.

Both show the estimated completed date as: "Jul 29, 2024 Estimated" for me.

This is my first time getting a fee increase on a dual service in-person autograph

Subbed a signed 2020 Prizm silver Anthony Edwards RC at the $55 Value Plus level (max value $499) and they bumped it up to the next level at $99 because his stuff has went up a bit since I sent the card in over a month ago

Anybody in here ever see a fee increase on a dual sub?

I got a 10 on the auto but didn’t grade the card, I’m seeing sold copies of this card from 550-850 within the past 2 weeks. I feel like they looked at value at the worst time - the first two games of the series vs the Nuggets lol just my luck, if they lose tonight it’ll be 4 straight losses to get bounced out the playoffs..
