This is a great deal until they cancel your order....just got the Sopranos book cancelled yesterday (I didn't think that was a big seller...).

I understand retailers have to cancel orders sometimes. It happens. But the way they closed out my order for The Boys and then claimed they tried to reach out to me about a billing issue ... okay so I asked them when they tried and they just keep closing the ticket and telling me to reorder the book that will never be available again. Be honest at least, don't gaslight me. Done with BAM permanently.

BAM lost my business years ago when they refused to update an address for a pre-order signed book. They refunded but of course the book was sold out at that point and unavailable. i never had an issue with B&N or other places updating an address. When they place pre-orders 6 or more months out on some items, updates are necessary sometimes.

I hear everybody's complaints about BAM. I also had my Dave Grohl book cancelled. Now I use them as a backup. I have already ordered Mean Baby Autographed by Selma Blair and Out of the Corner Autographed by Jennifer Grey from B&N at normal retail prices. I now have also ordered the same books from BAM for $95.16 before taxes as apposed to $174 from B&N. That's a big saving (if BAM doesn't cancel it). So if BAM does process my order, I will cancel my other orders.

just call the store. I did yesterday and they were very nice. People had great experiences with him on the bourbon tour he did.

Just got notification that my B&N membership is about to expire. I signed up last year to get discounts on the Obama book and others.

Should I re-up for another year? Anything good coming out this Black Friday?

Last year they released a complete (or mostly-complete) list in the press release. This year apparently they didn't, only the "highlights."

There are some of Lover floating around. She offered a presale for signed copies of her singled "Me!". But it was changed to signed Lover booklets instead of the signed single. Grabbed 1 of them, and I think these were only $5 since it was for the single CD. Sold it early last year for $75, but now they go for $275+

Indigo poorly packed my books so both have edge damage AND the signed cards slipped out a bit and have some edge damage as well

I’m contacting customer service about a refund of some amount for this. They said it would be signed affixed bookplates not loose cards in the book.
