This is a really dumb question, but I thought I'd ask just for clarification: we're adding an additional spot to everyone's Minor League team next year? So we'll have 6 players each instead of 5 this year?

Correct, but you won't get the 6th slot until the draft begins

Thanks. I figured that was the case and it's probably been discussed before, but I just wanted to make sure. Are we adding 1 additional spot with every passing season then?

Now that I think about it, having 120 (maybe more for those on major league rosters) minor leaguers owned by teams seems like a little too much. We would be able to own every top 100 prospect, plus like the top 20 undrafted/international guys. I think maybe we should stop with 7.

I've come to the conclusion that Bam is the hardest person to trade with in this league.

I really don't think Anderson and Ramos for Wheeler is one sided. Wheeler hasn't even pitched in the bigs for a couple years. Ramos is only expected to miss a month, so he has value too.
