I'm done talking about KP. This is a Luka thread. But yes, he had a good FG % last night, although that was partially due to the two dunks and the layup he got from great feeds. And they absolutely scored at will against him all night.

Anyone else think that the Luka Prizm Silver PSA 10 is criminally under valued? I know POP count matters but I think its absolutely nuts that Giannis sells for 25k-30K and Luka is hovering around 5300-5800 right now

Giannis at least has two MVPs to his name, for one. I think Luka will get there, but no I don’t see his silver being criminally undervalued right now.

There is a huge difference in the pop so no I don’t think Luka silver is undervalued at all. That being said they were $8,000 for the First half of the season. I know the hobby down turn has caused them to slip down but if they can win this series and the next I could easily see his prices back up to January prices.

No, 2013 Silvers & 2018 Silvers are not the same. One has an extremely lower print run than the other.

I understand that and even said I know Pop count matters but if Giannis is 25-30K you're saying Luka at even 10 K is over valued? I just think its crazy that its not closer to a 10K card not 5-6 like its doing... it'll never be 25-30 but I feel like 5-6 is soo low

It’s just pop really matters 2050 vs 75 that’s a huge huge difference. 5-6 seems about right relative to the Giannis but if he has some success in these playoffs 5-6 will be undervalued.

Giannis of course has the better resume, but the hobby loves and thrives on potential/hype and Luka seems to have a lot more of it than Giannis.

Yes 75 is a very small number, but 2000 is not huge by any stretch if the imagination. If enough none hobby people want a Luka silver there are not enough to go around. The problem is it is a card that is readily available at any time if you want one. I never have wanted one and am a big long term hold on Luka. His blue parallels are a different story and a better comparison to the 2013 silver Giannis.

I agree 100% it just makes no sense to me that Giannis is 20-25K more that Luka... Its just such a gigantic gap... I get Giannis has a better resume with his two mvps... But investmentwise if I had to choose between Luka and Giannis long term in taking the dude who can shoot the ball instead of the guy who goes 0-13 from outside of 2 ft in a playoff game... Like I said I just think a 20-25K gap is just insane... just my 2 cents!

I just have to disagree. If Giannis had 2000 silver psa 10’s instead of 75 he would probably sell similar to luka. Also remember that luka has 4-5x’s the prizm parallels that Giannis has which eats up some of the Luka prizm $$$

Another way to look at it is...

As an investment, would you rather have 1 Giannis Silver or 6 Luka Silvers?

My favorite Luka RC that I've owned, just a sharp card. Also is fitting because its on 20/21 CK release day.

129 TOTAL GRADED compared to 17000 PSA 10 Prizm Bass RC's. Sadly I'm part of the 52 9's.

Still waiting for a Level IV to fall in my lap. Not paying $3k for a PSA 7, and not paying $5k for a BGS 9 that looks like a PSA 7.
