Good morning, everyone. Today is Saturday October 22nd.

Last night was miserable. My husband was away. Went to see the Smashing Pumpkins in Philly with his brother. It was at the WellsFargo Center. The Phillies game was in the same complex. I guess traffic was a nightmare.

The antibiotics they have me on must be loosing some stuff up because I woke up choking on my own phlegm. Spent another 15 minutes coughing then 20 minutes trying to breath right again. I am very tired but can't sleep any longer.

In other news, I had quite the hearty laugh in the thread "What do you find the most annoying at shows?" and someone replied "girlfriends and wives been [sic] schlepped around a card show". Not exactly flash fiction but this reply says so much.

My wife isn't into cards but she supports me and scouts ahead at one end while I work the other. Helped me find and also negotiate some solid deals.

My husband and I went to 1 card show together. Everyone keep talking to him. He was like a deer in headlights. Super cute. I am glad your wife goes with you.

Thanks. I've been fine since I got out of the press box last night. People have been texting all day. Girls basketball coach that I went to high school with that got my car to my house said I looked like I was about to die last night. She said I was gray and out of it.

2nd time in my life I've left that stadium on a cart. First was when I tore my knee up.

Change in plans today. We had just gotten across the new bridge (fantastic to drive over by the way) and were getting cheaper priced gas at Sheetz when the middle SD got called into work. We turned around and took her back to our house so she could get her car. We then proceeded with the baby back across the bridge a second time and just went to our favorite antique store and Walmart.

Today we received our election information for next month. We get to vote on a Constitutional amendment to legalize marijuana use for everyone in the state; oh and to change its name to cannabis.
