I'll admit I got caught up in it early on. Made some money early but overall I'm down by a good percentage. I still enjoy it from a collecting standpoint but only buy Cavs and Lebron clips. I do occasionally buy some cheap packs for fun knowing I'm throwing that money away. If there is anyone still active on there that wants some cheap moments for trade tickets, I do have some moments listed for $1 from packs I purchased. I don't trade in. I just use the little I recoup to buy more cheap Cavs moments. My username is nkirkbride.

that has to be the most ridiculous part of this whole thing. Websites in 2001 worked better than topshots and they've been out for almost 4 years.

Fun fact, this is the second most replied to thread in the basketball forum. I really wish some of the pumpers would come back. Can we get a current market cap of the Top Shot platform?

NFTs aren't even a stand-alone collectible or stand-alone anything. They exist only on a cloud platform and/or you need some device to access it

Since when was anything like that ever treated as a serious collectible

A lot of pumpers pumping and pumping and pumping while detractors, like myself, had a lot of fun going back and forth with the pumpers about how dead in the water this thing was years ago.

It's still alive and the best part is that IT'S STILL IN BETA!!!

I love to do this when the thread gets bumped. Sold a Rui Cool Cat moment for $300. The same moment is now up for sale for $9 but has offers as high as $6. Very cool.

I still cannot believe I was able to turn a $9 initial purchase, which at the time I regretted, into over $2,000. I really would love to see the bags some people are holding.

A friend and I rode the All Star turn away 3 by Steph all the way from $4.5k to??? I'm too scared to look. Last time it was $100.

Pack pulled of course.

Man... there's gotta be some folks that were absolute millionaires in "TopShot Value" that just never cashed in.

The only big one I just never got to cash in out was a Vince Carter "Run it Back" I pulled that I kept listing for $800...$600...$400... etc. Looks like I could still get $30 for it... should probably just take the money.
