Assuming this doesn't sell for 9k within the next few days, I'd be willing to sell off of eBay if any of my Blowout Cards friends are any interested. I'd be basically just breaking even at 9k after consignment fees, which sucks. Otherwise, I'm probably gonna be bringing it to my LCS.

I'm aware, but that's what I would need to sell it for via PSA eBay to break even. Definitely not trying to lose money on such a liquid card. I'll hang on to it before letting it go for a loss. I've yet to find a cleaner autograph than the one I have, too, so maybe someone would be willing to pay a premium price for it?

Ohtani's career plan is built on longevity and his diet/sleep is impeccable from what we've gotten a glimpse of. Likely going to resemble a longer peak. This dude isn't on Jake DeGrom's burger diet and pounding red bulls.

I remember seeing my mom do some of those radio exercises, nearly lost it (after joining in haha).

This is why Ohtani is a long term buy and hold for me. The guy wants to be the best to ever play. He is going to do everything in his power to be the best player he can. I get the feeling he is going to play past the age of 40 and is going to have only a small decline as he gets older. Happy to just enjoy the ride and to add more cards to my collection.

When Shohei was on the Angels there was an interview (pretty sure this was pre-MVP years) where he was asked what he thinks he is better at than any of his teammates/other MLB players. He answer was cooking Omelets because he apparently has one every morning that he makes himself.

Who knows if that still continues, we need a follow up!
