for you to get to "jog" speed......do you actually have to do what most of us would call sprints????

Had my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class last night at 7pm, and went to another this morning at 9am - I am completely wiped out and my hands can barely type. I got my first stripe on my blue belt last night though which was cool.

The first rule of BJJ: no striking. This isn't MMA or Cobra Kai. Which is a good thing because I'm too old to be continually hit in the head.

Instead, you either choke or hyperextend/twist a joint until someone surrenders (submits).

Bruce is a good dude though, no reason to make him cry - I will continue to try to make him tap out though.
