The actual winner of the trade is Indiana. Oladipo did not fit in and had become a detriment to the team. Excited to see what Levert can do.

Yeah Levert to Indiana is an underrated move. Fits in with their squad nicely, and they've been a bit under the radar thus far, even Myles Turner has been great. He's #2 on the ESPN fantasy player rater for my league, which is standard 8 categories plus TO.

The Pacers originally turned the pick used on Levert into Thad Young.
Gave the Pacers a solid 4 that did a ton of dirty work for the team. He turned around and got paid. PG got moved for Oladipo and Sabonis. They used the cap space from Bogey and Thad leaving and turned that into Brogdon and TJ Warren. Then, you turn Oladipo into possibly the next Oladipo, who you could have drafted originally. Really enjoy what Kevin Pritchard has done so far in Indiana. |

At this point, can we say Pacers are a darkhorse with some real potential to make Finals?

But this move makes them tremendously better. Oladipo has been absolutely awful. Bad attitude and a fraction of what he was pre-injury. Contract expiring after this year. Now they get Levert for this season plus two. Big win. |

But there’s a lot of question marks this year, we don’t know who’s even going to be available to play at any given time with health protocols. With the right matchup and circumstances, they can advance. PS: Last edited by Dame; 01-14-2021 at 10:53 AM. |

I'd say there were co-winners in Indy and Cleveland. Brooklyn in my opinion got worse, as did obviously Houston who were just trying to clear salary cap space.

If they fight for the ball, like literally stop playing and fight, the hobby will go in full insane mode. Everyone will buy everything. Gary V wouldn't even be able to handle it.

Pelicans gotta move Lonzo, there are rumors they may go after Beal. I think they might be better off going after Kyle Lowry and giving more minutes as well to NAW and Kira Lewis Jr.

Been a weird start to the season for them...
Beat a bunch of scrub teams... Lost 3 because they had about guys out on Covid.... Beat up on a Miami team even more depleted by Covid. Not 100% sure what to make of it yet.

What did they actually see in Jakob Poeltl? Can’t finish, can’t shoot and is mostly a stiff out there

Can only play what's put in front of you. Will be interesting to see if they can keep up this momentum. They've had a history of falling into severe hot and cold streaks. But I am impressed by Embiid actually looking like a center this year and not trying to play Curry from the perimeter for 24 minutes.

I don’t like Beal for NO. I could be wrong, but I don’t see the chemistry working. I’m inclined to agree with all the above. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
