Don’t wanna wait - buy the card graded.
Or just don’t send off ?
People can always blame the service for not being ‘fast enough for me’ but know it’s backed up.

A lot of people here sent their cards in when BGS was advertising a 1-3 month turnaround time. Now we are looking at 14 month waiting times where they charge your CC several months before they even grade your cards.

Notice how few updates from people here on BGS either......SGC on fire getting orders back in a month. I used to be a Huge BGS fan not anymore I will never use them again. I have 6 Submissions with a couple hitting the 14 month mark. All economy over 100 cards in each....This is shameful. 2 of my orders are approaching a year and I have not even got notification that they received them. I have 4 of them that are showing on the website however NO movement . I guess they are getting out 3-4 a day or so.

Shameful is the correct word. I really like their product, but can't justify doing this again.

I´m just curious... For me it looks like there is absolutely no movement

My economy order that arrived to them 8/28/2020 started grading (Moved to Repository) on 8/24/2021 and there has been no movement or communication.

Does anyone know what the status of "Label Printed" means exactly? Is that for the label on each card or for the shipping label for the order?

Have movement. Cards are all listed in 'My Orders', had forgotten about some of the cards I submitted.

BGS: 22 cards @ 30 day submission w/ subs (non-gaming)

My order is 95% PC stuff so timing isn't a huge concern... but does feel good that stuff is at least still happening and my detailed card list is finally showing up in my orders. Even if its just 'moved to repository' where it now sits for another couple months haha

I'm not expecting it to be delivered anytime soon, just pointing out my timeline is very similar to the user that posted before me and glad they finally posted the order a year later. Nothing super valuable in the set, my patience is eternal.

Is there any other resource out there on BGS turnaround times?

BGS has been useless in giving me any sort of information about my order, and I am really tired of having $2,000 tied up with a Company I don't even trust to stay in business.

My order:
Standard (Not Economy) Gaming Order - Marked as received in January 2021. CC was charged August 1st. Nothing since then. Over 2 months without any sort of update. And My Sales rep is useless. Takes 7+ days to respond to e-mails. side steps questions, offers nothing of substance...

Sorry for the rant. But as a fan and Advocate of BGS. Their customer service has shown they do not deserve to be in business.

I thought this was going to be a post that someone got their cards, it’s been a while since I saw a post like that here.

My 107 card, 30-day order from August 2020 was delviered on Friday, October 15th.

My 110 card, 30-day order from November 2020 was moved to repository the same day.

Once that order is received, I will never use BGS again in any form.

Unfortunately, no. We are in the same boat.

I started calling them out on IG and their social media rep contacted me and directed me to speak with the rep who already ignores my emails.
