Honestly, I'd rather see them take their time with assembly than anywhere else. I really believe that's where a lot of cards get damaged and mistakes are made.

Yeah, I thought I was beating the rush by getting mine delivered on 1/26 but it hasn’t moved from “arrived” still either. Cant imagine how long the stuff shipped out this week is going to sit for people.

Well my Value Plus order popped tonight, but in a funny way. I've been complaining about how long it was stuck in assembly.

Then today I saw on Twitter/X PSA's post about the new pricing/speeds, etc - I look within the comments and someone was complaining about their order stuck in assembly. I commented as well. Then Ryan Hoge (PSA President) replies asking for our order #'s in a DM and he will investigate - So I DM him and he promptly replied apologizing for the delay and asked to expedite the order.

Within an hour after that my grades popped and the order tracker went straight to "Completing". Scans completed and all, crazy!

My $15 special was received 1/23 and popped 2/2, absolutely nuts. Definitely not complaining, grades were good as well.

With the QC process, I dont see that feasible. I actually had all my grades pop on a 100 card order where a couple cards didn't get scanned. It makes a difference seeing the arrival scan rather than the PSA 10 but that's just me.

Sometimes my order go fast and smooth and sometimes my orders get scanned upside down or with hald the order missing pics. I've been stuck in Assembly now for over a week and when they scanned my order in half didn't have images. The order prior to this all the scans were upside down lol1

So on both the website and on the app one of my orders shows Assembly. Then when you click to see the tracker, it shows that it's still in Grading. Don't think this is a database refresh issue as it has now been this way for 24 hours. My other order has been sitting it R&I since Nov. 1. Both are vintage orders with 1 and 2 items in them.

yeah, i think they are actually 2 stage to assembly, just not shown on the graph

My September order is showing two different statuses. On the order summary screen, it is showing as "complete" with the clock next to it. If you click into the order, it says "completing" with the clock next to it. When looking in the app, it shows the "completing" status.

Still can't see the grades in the order even though it says "grades ready" up above the order number.

Had two $15 Special Orders both enter the system on 1/25, one just finished assembly today while the other is in RI.

Funny enough the bigger of the two orders is the one closer to being complete.

I wonder if they sent that one to the NJ site.

Just received an email back from the rep I talked to on the phone the other day and then sent an email two weeks later when there was no movement on my account. He responded that the operations team was "able to locate" my order and they were going to push it through. So has it been missing the past two months? And with their push through, I can't view the grades.
