Heya, has anyone sent in a premium sub recently? Wondering if I'll be able to get the cards back within 2 weeks as I plan to be out of town for a little bit. (package arrived there today)

Sent in an economy order in June 2021 just before their suspension of regular service tiers. Just received an email today that they received my order.
When I login, under Status it says "Invoice Created", and under Payment Status it says "Pending". It shows an invoice ID # and everything else is NA. I know it will likely be a year or so before my cards are graded and the order is fully processed, but I am wondering when I can expect them to bill my credit card, and once they do that, how long does it generally take to get your cards back? |

I had one that arrived and was marked as "received" on 8/31 and shipped back to me on 9/7

Has anyone recently received their cards back from a 20 day standard gaming submission?
My Cards sent, were received on 10 Nov 2020.. Updated to "Moved to repository" on 7 July 2021 Payment processed on 7 July 2021 Cards are still showing in repository, next week will be the 12 week mark sitting there. I understand it's slow, however checking back on this thread about a month or so ago, people have shown the repository status to be about 8 weeks for standard sub. Just curious about the current timeline for the repository stage for standard gaming subs. Thanks! |

Still have an 8/26 from last year in repository no movement for months....BGS really needs to get their act together. This is getting absurd. 13 months and counting.

I believe BGS said at the industry summit that they have orders as old as 16 months. I think everyone would be more tolerable of the wait if there was more transparency from them. I have not seen any evidence of output increasing.

The last of my June 2020 stuff popped right before Hurricane Ida made landfall. I still have a June 2020 BAS/BGS brees rookie in limbo. My facebook guy thinks it got put in the BGS side in error and so no word on that, but as far as actual BGS subs, I'm clear on June.
So for you August 2020 subbers, there are outstanding July 2020s still waiting.

100% agree with you. My stuff is PC so the wait wouldn't bother me. It is just absurd that they have not been able to scale any during this and they are located here in TEXAS, where everything is opened up and has been for the most part all year. Since these cards have been in their possession I have managed to move my business from Oregon to Texas, build a new 60,000 Sq Ft warehouse complex from the ground up hire and train 40 new employees and expand my business in a matter of 6 months tripling my ability to produces our products , however for some reason these grading companies can not scale. I personally think they are feeding these out in a slow drip because they know that once all these cards hit the market there will be a correction. In other words they are controlling the supply of graded cards to keep with demand. There is no other reason it should take a year to grade cards. They are keeping the demand high by keeping the supply low. Now I dont know the grading business but training graders can not be much harder than training employees for my business. After all my employees require a state license and extensive training yet for some reason BGS cant.

Transparency is THE most important thing sellers can offer their customers. How so many businesses fail at this is astounding.

Order type: Premium (gaming)
# of cards: 2 + 3 reholders Order received per UPS: 09/23/21 Order received per BGS: 09/24/21 Logged on the website: 09/27/21 Grades popped: 09/27/21 Shipped:09/28/21 Was in panic mode for a whole day because UPS had a hiccup and marked the package as damaged. It ended up getting delivered fine, but a day late. So much for paying extra for overnight shipping... Service was super fast (package got there on Thursday, shipped back to me on Tuesday). You definitely get what you pay for. |

They have a new service at $150 20d-30d (with subs) - supposedly they will stay within the timeframe. Imo, too expensive.

You know it’s backed up. So just deal with it. $ is tied up but that’s on the person submitting knowing it’s backed up. |

The Premium service on there site says 10-15 business days estimated. Do you think this is very accurate? Appreciate any help.
Thanks JoJo |

I dropped a card off at a show last Saturday. It was checked into their system Wednesday, and has now been graded and in repository for encapsulation. I think I got hosed by the weekend, but I'm expecting the grade back Monday hopefully. Overall 10-15 days seems accurate, if not a slight over estimation.
