6 RBIs and counting since switching to lead off. Would be 8 in 12 ABs if not for the catch of the year.

Currently chasing only Profar and Arraez of SD for the NL batting average lead.
Tied with Ozuna for the HR lead, and needs to catch only Ozuna and Bohm to take the RBI lead.
Tied for 6th (With Acuna) in the NL in stolen bases. Has a solid lead in runs scored, for good measure.

I wouldn’t call $3500 for an ungraded “off brand” with a streaky auto a steal.

A Bowman’s best BGS 9.5 just sold for 3.4 which I’d personally rather have over the 5 star even though it’s /50

I think the SSP print runs (sapphire, HHN parallels, Update, TC/TCU) are a much better long term buy than five star. If you're stuck on buying an auto, sure, but splurge for the good brands

Was also wondering do non-RC Ohtani autographs with his old signature sell more than his new style auto?

Wax price does not denote the desirability of a specific card. By that logic, Sho's transcendent autos would be the number one RC auto. They are not.

For the Ohtani card insiders that post on this thread, this question is for you? According to current odds Ohtani is now the new NL MVP favorite. His RC card market for the most part is off its peak highs from the past two years. Does this mean his card market does not have a possible 3rd MVP priced in? Thats the way it looks to me right now.

I don't believe a third MVP is priced in. Long season (if he hits the IL once, it's probably not happening) and it's unprecedented. I would say it's not anywhere near a lock.

Completely agree! It would be historical for a DH to win MVP. Ohtani would have to stay healthy and productive to win. It just seems to me the market has the pricing wrong at this time based on all known information.
