I'll have to ask my wife's friend if they did that at the lodge when she went for dinner last week.

The credit report seems to indicate it was written off in November 2020 due to a "natural disaster." I had to provide a saved image of the website showing zero balance and the 1099-C form from the sale of the home. I pretty much had to go into my life's history of bad renters and how much each one cost to fix things as to why my credit card debt exploded and I had to foreclose. Thankfully, my company made me write all of this up years ago and submit to the local security office, so I had numbers and dates to give the lady. The same questions were asked about the timeshare.
I didn't think they could charge the difference on a foreclosure.

The house at the end of our street has been in foreclosure for years but the family still lives there. I always wondered how they stop it from going up for auction. They really do not owe that much on it. I'd like to purchase it.

No idea. I know when my wife's house was foreclosed on, the mortgage company said she didn't owe anything. Of course that was a small company no one ever heard of.

The investigator was telling me how in New Jersey some mortgage companies are allowing the defaulted mortgage payer to stay in the house for years until the mortgage company can sell the house so as to not have to deal with squatters. Apparently it is harder to get a squatter out than an owner who isn't paying the mortgage. Squatters tend to do more damage as well since it's not their place.

I've heard PA has a large Amish population. What % of population would you say it is? They have always interested me.

Got another 6 am run in today. I really enjoy the silence that time of the morning brings. I'm able to run and watch the sun come up.

[QUOTE=JosieD;18357317]That was a very unfortunate mistake. I can with 100% certainty state that women are not a fan of sacks. Like why are they on the outside of your body? I biologically know why. They are no where near as fun as boobs. Boobs you can at least bounce around in your hands without some shaft getting in the way.

Boobs are definitely more appealing.
Thanks now I have bouncing boobs on the brain.

That sounds amazing! I loved the solitude running around my neighborhood. They cut down a bunch of trees along one stretch which was a huge bummer. Decided to plant grass instead and now it's just a weedy area. Municipal fail.

You can sign me up depending on cost and platform. I'd prefer ESPN, Yahoo, or MFL. If it's one of those mobile-only ones like Sleeper, hard pass.

Glen posted a picture of the pond near my apartment that is rumored to have had alligators in it at one point. There is a warning sign posted next to it.
