Yeah, I believe it was the single insert for an International release. I may be wrong, but if memory serves me correctly it was actually not 94/95 but a 95/96 Collectors Choice Int. release!

Funny you should ask. Actually it doesn't have the dot. Do you think that's significant??

But to RustyWest's point, the stats on the back are for the entire 94-95 season. So it would stand to reason that it's likely a 95-96 release.....

I don't know if the absence of the dot is significant, therefore believe that we would need to hear from somebody that either pulled one of these out of some kind of international pack, or could confirm that no such cards could be pulled from any of the international products. It's also interesting that it is numbered differently than the regular US inserts. I know that the US versions did come from the second series of 1994-95 Upper Deck, but I do think it's possible that the holographic version could have come from an international release from the following year.

I've seen these floating around eBay as a set from a Euro edition of that UD product. Here's a listing that has the set:

I love the 95 Ultra Rising Stars, if you can find one, you should pare it with the Gold Medallion parallel. It's the first year they started doing that, and they are pretty rare. In this case, to pull a gold medallion rising star, it was 1 in approx 370 packs.

I recall plenty of those Holographic Upper Deck SE type of cards here on the European market. I have never given them a second thought. I have seen stars and commons, so I guess everyone on the checklist has one, but I would not bet my collection on it.

...and these etched foil cards are my favorites after the holographic technology. Sweet photos.

Someone shared a few posts up that there are 9 cards in the set.
Here is the official checklist according to Beckett.

Discovered Atomic Refractors recently and fell in love. 97 Iverson Bowman’s Best Performance Atomic is for the PC and I’ll hopefully grade my 96 Jordan Bowman’s Best Shots Atomic because it looks like it’s in solid condition for an acetate.

One of my favorite insert sets too, especially love the Michael Olowokandi card where he’s taking a jump shot on a card called Dunk’N Go-Nuts, but I just have a thing for ironic cards like that
