Thankfully my Son tipped me off yesterday to this card on Topps Now so I was able to get one in between photo shoots. I wonder if Topps knows other Yankees are doing great offensively in games too.

How much on average do you think you spend yearly on topps now cards.

Obviously no other team wants him in a trade either, so he has rather limited value.

I haven’t seen it yet. What would have to happen for Hernandez to be kicked out of the league.

Looking at my Beckett, I bought 62 cards in 2023 so about $341 that year. Something like $920 in 2022. It's not cheap, but at least I purchase them on E-bay now instead of from Topps and save about $4 a card at least.

I would love to see it for the team, but I'm not holding my breath. The true test will be what he does against Miami. We should be crushing them every game, but we'll see. The Yankees have a history lately of playing well against good teams and then losing against the bad ones that they should be killing.

That’s really not bad plus you get cards you want without having to trade for them.

Here's the video.

https://www.espn.com/video/clip/_/id/39894905

Pitcher clearly stepped off so Gleyber backs out. Pitcher continued throwing the ball. Ball was high outside of the strike zone and Hernandez called it a strike. He's just the worst.

Obviously when the Yankees are doing good, Topps used to make more cards of them, so the total will fluctuate each year. I mean, Topps could have made one for Cabrera already and 1 or 2 for Volpe, but they seem to be concentrating only on Soto and what he does.

My guess is Stanton may see one today for the grand slam, but who knows. They have been inconsistent this year with cards.

Gil showed him up. You knew he wouldn't get any breaks after he did that stuff

Yes they will be smart to take advantage of the weaker teams as in their division there are no easy games. Just need to have that win 2 out of 3 every series mentality.

They’re going to Soto people out if they make too many of him especially when there are other players doing things that are card worthy. The only Soto I have is a big league card but I now have 5 Yankees team sets blisters for 5.53 it is too good to pass them up when I see them.

Wow that was awful, it was a balk and it was a ball anyway.‘I really think with as many teams and players he has pissed off he would been gone by now.

I like what Gil has showed so far, he hasn’t taken them out of a game yet.

Hopefully, he cuts down his walks. 7 walks in 9 innings compared to only 3 hits.
