I think they made like 11,080 cases of 2014 Topps Chrome football, which is absolutely crazy.
In 2013 I believe they made 4,736
so 4,991 seems like it is back to where it used to be.
This may still seem high to you, but Chrome is one of the most popular products made each year and as long as they don't overproduce it like 2014 it can be a very solid product.
Hopefully they learned their lesson, but I guess it doesn't matter since they are done either for a long time or forever after this season.

Is anyone able to get more TC cases from their distro? Each is a bit different...but my distro is sold out and can't get any more (direct from Topps). They definitely produced a LOT less.

Are cases yielding 13 autos per 12 box case since you get 1 hot box auto per case?

For the people that can't calculate a simple formula please stop saying things like this is as bad as last year or it will be way more that 5,000 cases.
You have no facts behind your theories, while others have ran the numbers and given you the best estimate on the print run you are going to find.
Creating a false speculation is not helping the people that bought or will buy this product.

I have a Landon Collins sepia /50 . I thought sepia is numbered to /100 , why would Collins be numbered to 50?

Those are the hot box refractor autos. They are either to /100 or /50 depending on the player. I thought they were sepia as well but some people are saying gold.

I did very well on my cases:

Recap is in the box break section with pics

Only hit a few sticker autos. 1 case was kinda weak, the other 2 were fantastic. Hoping my LCS has another sealed case I can grab tomorrow.

The product is doing fine as it's over $675 WHOLESALE currently and it's not gonna be a blood bath like 14' chrome fb.

I know but Hobby is less then 5K case. Probably more like 4800 cases. People are averaging 6 colored or numbered cards a case. It is light years better than 2014.
