Also, I listened to that Simmons podcast, lacks context, however, if you think Mobley would be 'not much' you are showing your bias, and that you don't watch Basketball.

Who says no?

Bucks get: Stephon Castle, Harrison Barnes, Keldon Johnson, 2025 No. 2 overall pick, most favorable of Milwaukee and New Orleans' first-round pick in 2026

Pelicans get: No. 14 pick, Atlanta's unprotected 2027 first-round pick

Spurs get: Giannis Antetokounmpo

Your example is a pretty good fake trade offer? He's also saying who says no to it. I'm really trying not to be mean but man the two of you Bucks fans in this thread are real pieces of work. If everything I'm saying is wrong, you'd have no issue believing the Bucks are winning a 1st round series next season, right? Back it up buttercup....

Who said bucks are winning next year? Bucks are likely taking a lost year next year and convinced Giannis that there is a plan and that 2025-26 probably won't win a title but they can start cleaning off cap space to get talent after that.

You said everything I've said in this thread is wrong. I've said numerous times they are not winning a 1st round series next year. If you think it's wrong don't be scared to back it up...

Also, Milwaukee has no draft picks/swaps for 5-6 years, 'clean your cap' all you want. Great free agents don't go to Milwaukee by choice.

This is going to be an interesting off-season. At this point I'm really having a hard time even guestimating how this plays out.

Dude is a lost cause, that it really isn't even worth it to waste much of your time or energy on him. His type is so predictable. I offered him the bet he wanted and he went silent. I even offered to bet on the Bucks winning the 1st round series and making the Finals next year. He says "if you are so confident....", yet he himself won't take it. It is just all smoke coming out of both ends for him.

No, you offered your version, not mine. Cute.

Packman makes dumb comment, asks to cite an example, and his 'example' is a who says no to a GOOD trade offer on here, and some rando from a person nobody has ever heard of.

You two deserve each other. Make your fanbase look like a bunch of dummies.

What are you afraid of? Giannis still a Buck come November or no?

Or are you going to deflect again and say how the Bucks won't be any good, which has absolutely nothing to do with the argument of whether Giannis will be a Buck or not.

After I took your bet you tried to add other ones on because you realize you will be wrong. Weak sauce.

As a non Milwaukee, Giannis fan, I would say Castle, #2 pick and another top ten pick is not bad but probably not enough for Giannis.

Why do we have to go in circles?

I tend to make bets I feel are sure things. It's not a sure thing that I would bet that much money on. I haven't made absolutes that he's out of Milwaukee, it's just my belief. I also haven't deflected. I've been consistent in everything I've said. You just have either no recall to past posts, or are very dense (maybe both!)

You know what I do believe is a sure thing? They aren't winning a first round series. I'm done going around in circles with you. I look forward to your team sucking simply because of how annoying you and packman are and your tears will be more enjoyable. Good luck

Yea it was an awful example because that's not an offer you just hang up the phone on. Is it enough? I don't believe so, but it's not something you just dismiss.

That's a foot on the door offer and there's nothing wrong with that.

I think San Antonio should go all in on it. No team on the West outside of OKC looked great this postseason and even then, they didn't look as great as they did in the regular season.

Giannis can play with Wemby, if you bring him in, you also don't have to worry about Wemby going down and missing the playoffs. Seems like a no brainer with an insane upside.

Who says no?

Milwaukee Bucks get: Forwards Harrison Barnes, Keldon Johnson and Jeremy Sochan, the No. 2 pick, 2026 first-round pick (better of Atlanta and San Antonio), 2028 first-round pick (better of Boston and San Antonio), 2030 first-round pick (better of Dallas, Minnesota and San Antonio), 2031 swap (Milwaukee's for better of Sacramento's and San Antonio's)

Spurs get: Giannis Antetokounmpo

Really depends on how much Spurs value Harper. The rest of that is filler. If I am the Spurs, I think I just would rather swap out Harper for Fox (rebalance as needed). Of course, the Bucks are probably eyeing that 2nd pick as the lynchpin.

A week ago, I would have told you it's close to a done deal.

Then I saw what Orlando paid for Bane and I don't think we are there. Add the Milwaukee/NO pick, replace Johnson with Vassell and take Connaughton/Portis and I think it's done.

If the Spurs are watching the playoffs it confirms depth, stability and longevity are what they value most. Sam Presti learned that right there before building OKC's roster. They value those picks more than Giannis. Especially that #2 in this draft. I've been surprised before but I can't see it. The team isn't that far away and given the emotional rollercoaster they were on last year, they did fairly well competing night in/out. Giannis will absolutely fit well but I doubt they bite at the high price.

I'm not a huge Spurs fan by any means but I hope they don't add Giannis if it means including Castle and the #2.

Sad thing, all of this talk illustrates just how big of a joke the Luka trade was.

I would agree. If I am the Spurs I would rather have 2nd pick. You can spend less assets and see if you can trade for a lower tier but still an all star. Or keep the picks in the back pocket to bundle them and move up in a draft. The other possible issue I see with Giannis and the spurs. If you have Giannis, Wemby, and Fox on the floor together, that feels like three players who want to get to the rim and don't necessarily shoot very well. I get Wemby isn't too bad shooting, but I wouldn't want my 7 5 guy at the 3-point line most of the game. He can develop a little turnaround middy like Dirk and be near impossible stop.
