Why is so hard to post the solution? Did Goldin ask you not to do so? This will help others if they have similar situation. I just feel you “used” the forum and us to pressure Goldin to get what you want.

They helped me removed the order and that was the only resolution. I don't want to talk about it is because it was resolved and I feel tire this two weeks. Please understand. Again, thank you for helping me this all time.

Sounds pretty open-and-shut. Despite the item description and customer's initial reliance on it, it was pretty well ruled out that the jersey really was game used. Obvious sale cancellation, duh?

What exactly are you ladies looking for? He found out the “game used” statement was questionable after bidding, asked them to cancel the sale, and they did.

Seems like you just wanted drama and were disappointed it was a pretty standard “canceled, no harm done” and don’t get more hobby-drama-clickbait

Exactly, it isn't going to be made into some event when they are likely still going to use Mears the same way BBCE is still used.

As Goldin you'd want this quiet as possible and customer got it cancelled like the wanted. No different than changing a review or not reviewing a bad restaurant after they refund you for the meal after complaining.....if you still write a review after or continue making it an issue you're being a Karen lol

the quality of the 'authenticator' (and comparison to BBCE) is the only subject of hobby interest here

Kenneth Goldin has thin skin, always has, always will. Any criticism whatsoever, even miniscule, will get you blocked/banned/responded to a threatening way/etc. on his IG and social media.

Of course he asked for the matter to not be discussed in here further. Hell, that was probably the direct stipulation for getting the order cancelled.

I thought everyone knew this is how he operated.

This is pretty close to spot on.

The fact of the matter is Ken Goldin & his cronies at Fox Rothschild will immediately threaten you with a lawsuit upon speaking about them in a "negative light" regarding their auctions.

Part of the "agreement" you opt into is that you won't speak disparagingly about them. They'll take it to the extreme to posting anything on a public forum which they deem unfair.

Not that any of this would hold up in court, as you're certainly allowed to tell your side of the story..

but OP clearly just bent the knee and decided to kiss butt and play ball with Ken and his cronies

Easiest way out, but the least integrity kept.

To the contrary, they could follow up their review with "The management reached out and resolved my issues by doing X, Y and Z! They really care about their customers and despite having a bad experience (it happens), it's clear they take customer satisfaction very seriously! Kudos to them!"

This type of follow up is actually helpful. But once an issue is raised, people have concerns that may apply to them in the future. None of those concerns are mitigated by just telling us "this is resolved, forget I said anything".

I think this hush hush approach actually does Goldin and its potential future customers a disservice, but they seem to be doing alright and apparently don't care.
