Sparkle packs instead of redemptions?

Charlotte has a ton of "Beckett Authenticated" Fanatics witnessed on-card slabbed autos on Fanatics so I think she signed a lot over Mania weekend as does Hogan. Speaking of since I don't know WWE to do buybacks it's odd they have multiple numbered Select Hogans they found to get signed including Gold /10.

Three of the four redemptions this week not even being with the company anymore and one (Ronda) not even seeming like a fan, is good news I'd say for those worried they'd never receive their Goldbergs/Batistas etc.

With HHH running the company it just seems like odds are slim outside of him maybe taking the time to do a quick signing of some on sig cards numbered /5 or /10 that would only take him a couple minutes to do he likely won't give anyone more then that much time for him to sign. I just can't see him giving a hour or two to sign a bunch of stickers to be put on cards.

I thought that was on-card for a quick second, like the Lukas that got sent back recently surprisingly on-card. Good looking card and good person to have, this lends to my Chronicles concerns though, everyone rates NT etc being in this so highly but is a plain mat relic and sticker auto really more valuable than any other one because it's NT? Maybe but I'd only be interested in those ones with the crazy patches that already go for insane amounts.

Call them, that's the only way you can request replacements but it's worth a shot.

I will say however...despite him taking awhile I'm not worried about Cody signing. Dude stays way late during signings to accommodate everyone so I doubt he's the type to leave panini hanging forever, you know?

Someone in here recommended asking a wrestling journalist about this since panini call center reps just spread wild answers depending on who you speak to. I asked SRS in his discord, and he says panini has a deal with WWE - NOT the individual talent, which panini has personally told me before ("the talent isn't honoring their talent contract, but we expect them to"). Sooooo whatever is going on with guys like Triple H/Orton, it just sounds like tier 1 staff literally don't know anything except they haven't signed yet and they're throwing ish at the wall to consumers who ask

More Charlotte signed redemptions are showing up, looks like we can scratch her off the list of wrestlers that haven't signed. My biggest annoyance with the whole thing is like the person above I have a Cody redemption I'm waiting on from 2022 and he is clearly signing as he has live autos since then, so the issue isn't Cody but either Panini caring more about new products than older ones or they haven't made the actual cards yet. Cody had in-pack on-card autos in Impeccable so I don't think he's the issue.

Not sure if this has been brought up but on Kevin Nash's podcast he mentioned he will never sign for Panini again because the dollar amount to sign he said they shorted him by $3000. He also said Sean Waltman signed and didn't get paid at all.

Nash and Waltman they have signing different sigs too lol (nash/diesel, 1-2-3/xpac). I pulled both of them in the past year too heh

Who knows they are supposed to be paid? And this isn't covered under the "Legends" deal if he has one? Love Nash but he's known to bleed every dollar he can, I mean that's probably why he isn't under the "Conrad Network" like Foley, Flair, JR etc prob did it more independent to make more.

This is why redemptions will only get worse and I don't trust them. Even if card company A signs a deal with company B where I'm sure company B is well compensated for autos, they aren't going to share deal revenue with everyone who signs for them. Superstar/athlete decides they want additional compensation although the autos should already be covered under whatever deal they have, then stop signing, get more money, or there is a standstill.

Pretty sure the same thing happened in basketball with Lamelo Ball, until they paid him as he was the hottest in the hobby at the time, and Marvin Harrison Jr recently in football who didn't feel his Fanatics deal was enough.

Yeah because I'm sure a huge company like Panini can just stiff wrestlers completely (Waltman) or not pay them with zero repercussions other than mentioning he "wont sign again". Also weird take.

I mean the repercussions would be them not signing anymore for starters! No reason for Nash to really lie about it. Also it's evident you don't know what a Legends deal is about (definitely has nothing to do with trading card companies).

You can believe Nash lol, just like you can believe he got paid more when Fake Razor/Diesel were announced which some have said wasn't exactly how it went. Just stated it was also a weird take and gave examples where despite "deals" athletes wanted more to sign.

Anyway $140 for a Randy blue ink IP auto seems pretty egregious, you can buy a Undisputed on-card for $70-$80 that actually meant to have an auto lol

The trick with those is to wait until they go on sale, as either WWE Shop or Fanatics Shop runs sales at least once a month on most of the cards (usually excluding Hogan and Taker). I've picked up... about 18 Asuka ones over the last year but for most I paid around $50 each. I like them since they are authenticated and slabbed, plus they feel unique, but it is funny when they have those signed while Panini struggles to keep up with redemptions.

I've seen folks report on IG & groups that when speaking to panini on the phone/email, they've been given choices of who they can replace their redemptions for but I'm getting stonewalled when I try. If anyone has had success, how on earth did you get someone to agree that this is a thing?

Gable Steveson being on there tells me that part of the delay is likely on Panini's end making the cards/applying the stickers and not with the signers as I highly doubt Gable went come after being fired and decided to then sign stickers he'd been avoiding for a year.

Weirdly, I spoke to a rep yesterday that told me that Orton was ONLY signing on card redemptions...but he's on the list this week for stickers.

Then on the Sports Card Nonsense group someone said they were sent several replacements because Cody wasn't signing stickers. In my call yesterday with panini the rep said Cody was mailed thousands of stickers with the intent to sign. So I don't even know anymore lol
