Issue with BBCE Box - Page 8

Jabs isn't scamming, the collector snobs sure have it out for him. Be interested to hear how BBCE responds.

The box was searched but not in the way that people are suggesting. More then likely the case was searched before the box was even sent to BBCE to be wrapped. Many times you could tell what kind of centering issues, colation problems, defects, or staining were going to be found throughout the entire box/case by opening a few packs from a box or two out of a fresh case back then.

Still a form of pack searching, just one that is undectable by the BBCE for the most part.
Makes it even more of a gamble to buy vintage product. The best you can do probably is find a sealed box from a factory sealed case that the BBCE opened and shrink wrapped themselves, but even those cases that appear factory sealed could be retaped if it was done early enough.

It sucks, and I do think the BBCE should have some type of insurance for when it happens and can be proven like in the Jabs video. He didn't pay 2k for a defective box, BBCE got top dollar for it so it should not be a defective product.

For all the Jabs haters out there, There is nothing stopping you from doing exactly what Jabs has done. You can do exactly what he has and is doing and gain the same following. Not only has he shown you a working business model to follow but for that matter Jabs will probably make it easier on you then he had it because he is very eager to promote peoples channels. He literally will ask his patrons to go subscribe to your channel for you. Get out there and do it! Good content is welcome now more then ever in the sports card world

Correct me if I’m wrong, but BBCE don’t guarantee anything about the case a box came from, or how many other boxes in that case may have been opened, right? (How could they.) So why should they cover what a buyer believes is a dud box?

Read the thread i posted and you would see proof and explanations. He acts all buddy buddy with Jonathan and he and his son are both autistic along with other “Patreons” and people that send him stuff (which he turns around and sells or gives them away in the form of “free cards” in his Patreon). It you look at most of his subscribers, the majority have a mental handicap. Jabs knows what fan base he panders to because everyone else already has the sense to them to see through all the sharades.

Who does jabs make the most of his money from? Linda and Jonathan and the other mentally slow people or people with lonely/no friends issues making super chats and it’s on every video. Type in his patreon breaks and the vast majority are autistic or mentally handicapped or children who’s parents think a 1987 Topps pack is a crazy amount. The “supervision” to these people think they are getting some nice don west priced cards when they get junk.
