I actually think there is a decent possibility this happens, and many aren’t really considering it

As mentioned a bunch of times already Philly just doesn't make sense. If Simmons had a jump shot it would be a different story but he doesn't so that kinda kills that idea. Both them guys like to dribble the ball up the court and Simmons is useless on the wing, you wouldn't even need to guard him closely because he isn't shooting outside of 5 ft. And i don't see LeBron changing his game and primarily playing off the ball. Also what would Fultz's role be? Im not saying Philly wouldn't have talented players they obviously would but they wouldn't compliment each other.

I'd say he stays in Cleveland, and the team nabs a big free agent via trading their pick + Love.

Heard on the radio a couple of days ago that Lebron and KD could join forces in Brooklyn next year. If it happens, you heard it here first. Lol

Personally, as a LeBron fan, he needs to leave Cleveland again. They've once again struggled to give him a real chance to succeed with the roster he has. If he wasn't the best player in the NBA right now, he wouldn't even be in the Finals. He willed his way there, deservingly, with very little help.

I mean, how many NBA superstars reach the NBA finals with guys like George Hill, Jordan Clarkson, Kyle Korver, Jeff Green, Larry Nance Jr, JR Smith, etc. seeing significant minutes. The only "help" is Kevin Love and thats only about every fourth game it seems. LeBron is doing it all on his own and I wouldn't blame him at all if he leaves once again. Ownership has shown nothing short of "disrespect" by not putting an actual capable team around him to help try to win another title.

This is just my two cents.

You must only follow lebron and not the Cavs. The Cavs current roster and cap situation is a direct result of lebron. They have done exactly what lebron has told them to do and they have the 2nd highest payroll this year (only about $130,000 behind GS), so you can't say that the Cavs aren't trying to help lebron. They signed the players he wanted signed at the beginning of the year, then traded them all away when he didn't want them anymore to get new, younger guys, so there is just as much, if not more blame on lebron than the Cavs leadership.

This. I don't see how it can be debated. For 4 years Cleveland has looked like a team scrambling to keep Lebron happy. They overpaid some guys because that's what Lebron wanted. They traded Wiggins because that's what Lebron wanted. Everyone talking about how trash Kevin Love is. Lebron is the one who wanted Kevin Love!

Exactly. Them trading Wiggins for Love was one of his requirements to come back to Cleveland. I don't know how anyone can say Cleveland hasn't done anything to help him, when all they've done is make sure he's happy this time in Cleveland.

LeBron asked the Cavs not to trade Kyrie and what did they do? That's not keeping LeBron happy. Right there alone is enough to make him walk after this season and I don't blame him if he does.

Also, I follow the NBA as a whole. I don't look at every teams cap situations, but I definitely have a difficult time believing LeBron requested guys like George Hill, Jose Calderon, Jordan Clarkson, Jeff Green, Larry Nancr, etc to be his main sidekicks to help him win a title. Role players? Sure, but not to be starters or significant minute eaters.

How do you, as management, handle the Kyrie situation? He wanted out because of lebron and said he wouldn't play at all this year if they didn't trade him. You act like management, on their own, wanted Kyrie gone and lebron wanted to save him. That's simply not the case.

And lebron did want George Hill, Larry Nance, Jordan Clarkson, and Rodney Hood after lebron quit on the previous group of guys that he didn't want anymore. Calderon and Green were just players to fill minutes. Green has played above expectations from when they first signed him. What calibur of players do you think you can get when you force your team to sign JR and Tristan to the contracts they did? Heck, George Hill averaged 17ppg just last year.

Kyrie wasn't going to sit. He could say that all he wanted to but he was only doing that to try and put the pressure on the management. You don't trade a player like Kyrie, especially for an injured player and some other scraps. LeBron didn't want Kyrie traded so they shouldn't have traded him. It's that simple. They would've worked it out with each other if there was a real issue (which the only issue that is probably true is that Kyrie wanted to be the superstar on a team, not the sidekick).

Lol ok. You can believe what you want. I'll trust the guy that said he would refuse to play if he wasn't traded.

You clearly don't get how leverage works in professional sports. He wasn't going to sit. And if he did attempt to sit, it would've lasted about 1-2 weeks max until he realized management wasn't moving him. It's that simple.

You also blatantly hate LeBron. You continuously blame him on every single thing.

Kyrie found out the Cavs were shopping him, got his feelings hurt, and he wanted to be the number one on a team. You keep blaming Lebron. Youre believing what you want.

The fact that the perfect option doesn’t exist makes me think this might be right.

But then he’d miss a year to add to his point total.... and I think earning the scoring crown matters to him.

I’d say it’s a possibility. I think others would agree.... LeBron takes care of his body kinda like Brady. I can see LeBron sitting a year and still playing til he’s 40 and easily getting the all time scoring crown.

Also consider he could easily eclipse 40k points even if he sat out a year. He’s 33!

Bron needs to have a meeting with Adam and decide what is best for the league

still think he goes to the clippers to play for doc. paul george will also go there. his wife wants to live in l.a. when they lived in miami lebron's wife wanted to move back to cleveland to be closer to family and they moved. plus it'll be a smooth transition into producing films and tv with his company after he retires

The competitor in LeBron would probably want to go to LA and carry that team over GS. I think he'd want to play for the Lakers over the Clippers just because of the history. The fact that it's a nice place to live (outside of the brutal taxes) with a lot going on certainly helps the recruiting process. It would definitely be entertaining with him and Lonzo.
