I know those aren’t rookies. But damn nice collection and I too love the shiny things. The 2002 Pristine is one of my PC favorites along with my 07 white refractor and 2012 brilliance

Not the first time this has been listed, but I was curious if any of the Brady collectors happen to have or remember seeing images from the 2009 sale?

Ignoring the already suspect patches, it seems unlikely a triple shield would have been left out of the previous description, if the patches are original.

Not surprised. A lot of b.s. in this card world, I saw this too on Fanatics and I thought it was suspect.

I just deleted my post. Didn't mean to offend. This was really the only thread on here I kept tabs on.

Don't listen to that guy he's a clown. There's no reason why you can't post non-rookie Bradys in here in my opinion, to limit it only to rookies is ridiculous.

No reason to delete your post, I enjoyed seeing your collection. I'd say, repost it.

I very much enjoyed seeing your runs. I also have a silver Prizm run, but I'm missing 2012, 2018, 2019 currently. Give me some inspiration, I thought it was a very cool set of runs there. Good luck getting the 2000 Bowman Refractor as well, market could crash someday it's all cyclical anyway so you have a chance.

One of the more doable ones to achieve

Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s done again.

A first drive td, then a turnover and a second quick td, etc

What’s your favorite Brady record that will NEVER be broken?

Here’s an interesting one that’s not ring, yard or win related that’s a good one…

Brady has thrown a TD to 96 different players (regular season only), as a comparison, Mahomes is at 29……

The NFL can make it easier and easier to pass the ball. They can also lengthen the season which not only makes seasonal records easier to break but will also make career records easier to break.

But no matter what, there’s still only 1 Super Bowl Champion a year. Brady’s 7 rings as a starting QB is my favorite record which will never be broken.

Season records will definitely be broken across the board, but even long term, players won’t play long enough to catch Brady since he played so long

The careers records will only have a chance to be broken if the rules/style of game expands to make passing easier for a very long period of time.

Brady played both in an era that was somewhat restrictive to passing the ball, and in the most pass friendly era in NFL history. His career spanned that long.

If the NFL played at a pace is did from 2011-2020 for a good 25 span, that might be the only way the someone could pass his yards and TDs marks.

Even if the regular season was 18 games, people still wouldn’t be anywhere close

Season records would be broken, but as long as Brady played, the extra game per season still wouldn’t add up for anyone trying to catch him, career/total wise

Someone would still have to play 21 seasons or so

There's no way to know what would happen with regards to injuries and whatnot, but if Drew Brees played in a day and age where it was 18 regular season games every year instead of 16, he'd be awwwwwwwwwwwfully close to the all time yardage record. I like Brees but I don't see him as a once-in-a-lifetime caliber QB.

You mean to tell me an extra game and possibly an 18 game season isn’t going to help?

Brees was a rookie in what..2001? Then stopped before Brady. So Brady would have had that extra game too

Of course it will. I'd have to disagree with TJ there, think he blocked me already anyway so it won't hurt his gigantic ego but, he's a bit of a pumper. We're Patriots fans/Brady fans, he owns Brady cards worth a lot of money. There's a difference.

I get what he's saying, but I'm with you. Brady's records are extremely impressive. They are very hard to break - talking yards, TDs here. But the rules did in fact change and have changed for offense/scoring progressively over time + there's 17 games. If there's 18, cool 2 more games we can do the % if we want.

A good example is Stafford. He is a great QB, HoF level imo. But not all-time great as in top 5-10 ever. He's at 64.5k yards which is 6th all-time. He's going into age 38 season. He's missed a full year and two half seasons of play due to injury, sure that's normal. But someone will come along if this sport continues to exist who is exceptionally good and has longevity and could break Brady's statistical records. For sure.

Right now Matt Ryan, Phillip Rivers, Big Ben, Stafford - all smashed Marino's records (yards). Eli Manning was 4.3k yards behind Marino and is 11th all-time. So yeah...it's obviously possible.

This guy just couldn't grasp the concept of a hypothetical. Not a shocker. He just ran off a guy posting cool cards/runs here because they weren't rookies.

I am talking about a hypothetical future QB with the abilities and talent - and longevity - of Drew Brees. Such a player will indeed give Brady’s career totals a run for their money.

Playing all those dome home games + Atlanta certainly helped

There was probably plenty of times the exact same day Brees had a big game at home…And Brady didn’t have a huge game in cold weather/snow

You're absolutely right.... and there are what? 8 more domed (or retractable roof) teams in the NFL by 2031 than there were when Brees was a rookie?

TJ is going to have nobody to talk to on here cause he’s eventually going to block everybody. Ha!

I think he was making an excuse as to why his newfound idol Patrick Mahomes isn’t going to break Brady’s records.

And this overrating of Stafford as a great all time qb makes me nauseous. He’ll be in the hall with guys like Ryan and Rivers but they’re in the Fouts category of hall of famers.
