Pulisic back on track after returning from injury. An American experiencing even a moderate level of success on a high profile club in the EPL could be quite the cocktail for card value. Buy and hold for WC 2022, just my two cents. Also do the same with Reyna when his Chrome RC gets released.

Market has went bonkers for Pulisic. Regular silver 2019 Chelsea Prizms are going for $30+ right now. That’s crazy, but nothing should really surprise me anymore at this point.

Really depends when / where you're looking. The late 70's to early 90's were pretty much all Panini stickers in Europe but aside from that there are some differences and exceptions. A lot of the stickers mentioned here are from the pre autoadhesive era which means they had to be stuck in manually with glue, ranging from card stock to paper stock. From the 50's on you're looking at:

England: From 50's to late 70's mostly cards from A&BC (rookies of Bobby Charlton, Bobby Moore), Barratt (George Best) and Topps (early Keegan, Dalglish and Souness) then came the Panini sticker era to the mid 90's. In the early 90's we got a few sets from US issuers like Pro-Set (Shearer, Keane and Giggs). Then came the Merlin / Topps era, with roughly equal amount of stickers and cards (Beckham, Owen, Gerrard, Kane etc). This season Panini took the license over again.

Spain: mostly Spanish issuers with cards / sticker hybrids (Early Di Stefano, Gento, Butragueno) up until the early 80s Panini era although some of them stuck around to compete with Panini. From the 90s we got Mundicromo Cards (Xavi, Iniesta, Eto'o) and then Megacracks cards in the early 00's (Messi).

Italy: Home of Panini. Before them though there was VAV, Sidam (Rivera rookie card) and Nannina (Puskas, Facchetti and Mazzola). Panini started in the early 60's when the Panini brother repackaged unsold Nannina stock and they've been king there since. They've had a sticker series out every year since 63/64 covering Serie A (rookies of Eusebio, Riva, Rossi, Baresi, Bergomi, Baggio, Maldini) with a few interlopers like euroflash, edis and vallardi. The odd card issue eg Score in the early 90s (Del Piero rookie card the most notable).

France: Ageducatif stickers in the mid 70s (the most famous of which is Platini) then a slew of Panini stickers (Cantona, Weah, Papin, Zidane, Henry, Mbappe). A few Panini cards were released in the early / mid 90s (including a Vieira rookie card).

Germany: Bergmann were big from the 60s to late 70s (Beckenbauer, Muller, Breitner, Netzer, Rummenigge all had their rookie issues with them), early issues were cards that were stuck into albums before becoming more sticker like. Also some Sicker-Verlag stickers in the 60's (has another Beckanbauer and a Cruyff rookie) and American Munchen in the late 70's (Rudi Voller rookie issue) too. Panini then take over until the late 00's (put out rookie stickers of Matthaus, Klinsmann, Sammer) when Topps takeover and put out both cards and stickers from 2013 onwards (Werner, Havertz).

Netherlands: Vanderhout in the 70's before Panini take over in the late 70's (they put out rookie stickers of Gullit, Van Basten, Rijkaard, Bergkamp and Ronaldo R9). Their coverage becomes spotty in the early 00's and they quit. A few years of Magic Box cards in the 00's (which feature delayed rookies of Van Persie, Robben and Sneijder as well as Luis Suarez) before the Albert Heijn supermarket stickers become the main issuer, yes really, in the last couple of years.

Portugal: Small domestic issues dominate until the early 90's (Eusebio rookies). Then Panini come along with sticker issues (Figo, Rui Costa) with a brief 10 year period of Megacraque cards (Ronaldo CR7).

Other European countries only have releases on and off. There aren't many Polish issues but Panini just happened to restart production in 2008/09 to give us a Lewandowski rookie, likewise Sweden in 2000 (Zlatan) and Belgium in 2010/11 (De Bruyne).

The other two main hobby hotspots are obviously Brazil and Argentina. Argentina loved putting out disc shaped cards and it's how you'd find Di Stefano and Maradona rookies. More recently they've come under Panini's scope too and put out sticker sets most years. Brazil has had all sorts of formats and sizes that changed all the time. A lot of their releases were on the small side, including both of the main Brazilian issue Pele rookie stickers from Quigol and Titulares. The rookie releases of Zico, Socrates, Falcao, Roberto Carlos, Rivaldo and Romario can all be found on the small format used there. Since the late 90's Panini have been on the scene with their stickers; Ronaldinho 1999 and Kaka 2002 are the two most sought after, especially the Ronaldinho.

If you want to go earlier than the 50's / 60's you're going to be looking at fewer trading cards and more trade cards in addition to sticker-like collections.

Man City's build up play has been ridiculously good, after one of De Bruyne's passes Neville and Carragher on commentary let out a simultaneous pleasurable moan. Foden being played in the more advanced role of the right side of the front 3 and has looked good. I wouldn't read too much into the game though as I'm guessing Liverpool have had one or two socially distanced drinks this week. I remember after Arsenal clinched the title in 97/98 they switched off, partied and lost the next game 4-0 against Liverpool

VERY good rip considering current price of soccer wax and the possibility of Pulisic. Thanks for the heads up

BO has them available as well for that price, but if you want to buy a case it's cheaper to buy 36 individual blasters.

You can pick up boxes of 10 hangers for roughly 100 bucks from Wowzzer too.. they probably have hundreds of the things.

No.

You can also get Magna, Disco and Kaleido parallels, but I think they are pretty rare out of a hanger. If you pull a Kaleido buy a lottery ticket.
