Wait, I would have thought Mookie would do it. How’s his season going?

Nah, but does lead Betts in HR, RBI, BA, OBA, SLG, OPS, OPS+, 2B, TB, BB and WAR. He also has done it in about 30 less ABs.

Had a big game, about the only thing missing is HR power when men are on base. It’s not bad now because they are winning. Trout will not allow himself to be out of a MVP race.

2 days ago from random vegas google site. Looks like most sites have Judge and Trout tied in odds atm with Ohtani the fav.

2022 AL MVP ODDS
To Win
Shohei Ohtani +225
Mike Trout +450
Aaron Judge +450
Vlad Guerrero, Jr. +900

Byron Buxton +1200
Jose Ramirez +1400
Wander Franco +2500
Yordan Alvarez +2500
Luis Robert +2500

Right now I would think Judge would be favored over Trout simply because Trout has 3 already and I think voters would be more likely to give Judge is 1st over Trout his 4th.

Oh def, I'm just thinking that if they have similar numbers the voters will give the edge to Judge. Of course, Ohtani might make this all moot again.
