David Hamilton RC Clear for the win! I'm officially a David Hamilton fan now. Box 10 of 12 of my 2nd hobby case now looks a lot better. I know I know, not the best name. But I haven't pulled a clear since 2018 so I'm pumped.

Last year was about 150. I think they tend to keep these things kind of consistent (ie regardless of total print run, Stadium Club variations always have a PR around 200)

I'm halfway through sorting. Looks like I'll have 5 full, but I have 8 extras of a lot of players. After sorting #1-49 for 5 sets I had over 100 extras

Was sorting my Jumbo case for team sets and came across a Golden Mirror Salvy and Black /73 that I missed. Score!

Team Color ~316
True Photo ~100
Golden Mirror ~142

Hat tip to @toppsbb on the Tweeter. My sloppy back of the napkin math landed right around the same numbers so I'll take his word.

~150 in S1, but half that in S2 and Update for some reason, if I recall correctly.

I contacted the seller.

He said it looks identical to the base. It was backwards in the pack so it was probably supposed to be the Platinum /1 and it was a printing error. Wonder if they are all this way.

Yeah. ~105 PR. Still, I'll let a few of these bad boys sell before I try to snag one.

Awesome. I've not heard of him either. Small MLB sample, but .121 avg. A big walk rate, and big 25% K-rate. But really low swinging strike rate, really high zone contact rate . This guy doesn't swing and miss. Called-strike% is quite high = he's too passive. Not a bad thing, he can work on that. He's an old rookie so he probably has just developed a good approach at the plate and MLB pitchers throw more strikes. His plate discipline numbers look close to Xander Bogaerts who had a 16.x% K-rate.

With Trevor Story at SS, he's not going to play every day, but one injury and he could be in there.

Best I can remember is they basically didn't show up at all in Series 1. I think there was like only Willie Mays.

Some poor Shipping & Logistics underling at Topps is getting ABSOLUTELY REAMED right now because those were specifically marked to go to BYB.

Great breakdown, thanks so much! I glanced through some data myself after I hit the clear and noticed he's 26, and said to myself "well, at least he's not 28." Then I saw his MLB stats were crap and looked at last year's MiLB stats and said to myself "he had over an 800 OPS so he can't be that bad!" That was the extent of my research, yours definitely filled out my understanding. Good point on Story coming back. His autos have sold for decent money for who he is, so who knows 'ol David Hamilton may have a bit of a market.
