FedEx or USPS? I would reach out to PSA Monday. And if your last package showed up empty, but PSA accepted it (meaning they couldn’t tell the package was tampered with), you need to get some tamper proof packing tape.

Both shipments were fedex. I did add tamper tape for this package and I will reach out to them for status of my current one on Monday. I did take pictures from every angle of this package when I dropped it off at fedex.

The first package, fedex refunded me for the insured amount (basically covered cost of the raw cards).

A few months ago, my bulk and value orders were absolutely flying, almost like pre-pandemic times. Now, almost all stages, from order entry to Q2 and upcharges, seem not only to have slowed but to have practically come to a complete halt. So this begs the question, ***what the heck is happening at PSA?*** More layoffs? Other restructuring? What a terrible company. Can they not at least communicate a little better? Many subs of mine from 1-2 months ago that I absolutely planned on showcasing and selling at the National are still in grading or assembly, where they've been for many weeks, and where they will likely remain through the National. Shoot, some of them are still in research! So all winter and spring I'm getting 1-2 month turnarounds door-to-door, max, and now it's 2-4 months, and don't even get me started on vintage. Please help me understand.

Are they in the advertised turnaround time window? Sounds like it as they define the days based on business days. If so, just because they were faster previously doesn‘t mean it‘s reason for getting angry now.

Valid point. I am just aggravated by the inconsistency in the turnarounds. Then again, earlier this year and last I was beyond aggravated with the inconsistencies in the grading itself, especially for premodern stuff 1990s to 1970s. At least they seem to have come back around on that stuff and are no longer using the latest 2023 plastic metal prizm card as the Gem standard for 1975 Topps cards.

My BAS order (that also required cards getting graded) that I mailed out the same day is being delivered back to me today.

Its even more crazy that its 8 hockey cards, all super common cards/nothing rare. 6 of them are signed by the same damn athlete. And they're only being auto graded.

edit: Value services are now quoted on PSA's website at 90-120 days. I'm sure thats going to be their response (I just emailed them).

When I received the grades in my email I was pleasantly surprised...but when I opened the package....this is what I found. Any suggestions on how to address this with Beckett? I've emailed them twice and they haven't responded.

Might get more traction posting this in one of the BGS threads. I imagine someone would point you in the right direction of who to reach out to. Last time I submitted with BGS was 20-something years ago, so I don't really have any current info to share.
