I'm very happy these eBay sellers came through and didn't cancel like a few in the past did. I will be giving their names they honored the deal. I still have few more coming from Topps and few other eBay sellers I ordered from a few weeks ago.

Looking through eBay you can almost smell the people who bought 100+ Griffeys. Its glorious.

People are posting great deals, but nobody saw mine yet. Williams Fucci, I am happy if it drops lower because it knocks out a card I wanted!

I might be wrong, but this seems like the single biggest missed opportunity for someone like him who’s all about trying to build credibility as a leader in the space.

I’m sure I’ll still watch him (because there isn’t much competition), but what little credibility I had for him just dwindled quite a bit more.
He seems like an Ellen Degeneres type who slows things down in a relatable way to allow older folks to keep up with whats happening in the young, fast-paced world.

I did. I edited my post after going back five more minutes in sold listings.

You would have thought after the Shore reached almost 100k, one with less than 4k would have shot up, not sagged. But maybe there's some anti-Griffey sentiment out there right now
Or perhaps there just isn’t much of a market for the card at $500?

Saladeen Mattingly for only $300 seems cheap.

Totally. I could see a Dave Ramsey comparison too. Sure there is value in there somewhere, but there is a big group of people out there who get value in not following their exact advice.

Don't scrutinize the price between now and when it arrives - be happy that your purchase is on its way!

Completely agree. I hadn’t bought a card in over a month before I bought my first P2020 card. The prices of singles has just gotten out of control. Too many people became bored with extra cash and made it tough for the smaller collectors in the hobby to collect what they like/want. It’s nice to be able to buy the cards you want, and not have to break the bank for them.

Exactly. He fugged up here. He doesn't know sh!t about sh!t when it comes to collectibles. He let his subscribers down by missing this opportunity, so now he wants to sh!t on the whole thing.
His market mover tool is just compiled eBay completed sales data that is available to anyone. He's a hacky grifter, suckering suckers for $50 a month (or whatever he charges).
This forum is a far better source of information than this failed day trader/sports gambler.

When I watched every second, I saw him compare the Ermsy Trout to a 2011 Trout, and an Ermsy Ichiro to a 2001 Ichiro, and he said people buying the P2020 cards were, "out of their damn minds".

If you took that to mean investing in "newer cards", you and I aren't on the same page.

Prices falling pretty fast. Better sell now while you can get something for your cards.
