FINALLY GETTING SOMEWHERE!

To go over the history, I ordered 2 boxes @ 1:43PM release day and got charged for both. The charges later fell off and still are off my bank account.

I sent a very polite email requesting my cancelled order kindly be honored.

I used the regular "Email Us" link on top left of Store home page.

did you ever get an email confirming your order? I am asking because i have a few pending authorizations where I never got an email confirming my order, and the transaction error'd out when I hit the submit button. Thanks!

Shipping notices should go out Friday or Monday of these follow the football schedule. Who knows with the way this release has gone.

So, I guess it's safe to say that if you log in and your order history has "processing" next to your order, you'll get it!

Finally got the preauthorization dropped from my debit card, and my PayPal order that went through is good to go. We did it.

Well hopefully we are in the clear boys. Assuming I end up with 10 boxes (could be 14 if I got lucky). I plan to sell 4-5 at release and then prob hold for a week to 2 weeks after the initial flood.

My authorizations are still on both of my credit cards, with no orders still processing. Very annoyed at this point.

Just got off the phone with Panini (they called me) and my previous cancelled order has now been honored.

I know people wanna bash Panini, but pretty great CS experience for me.

Feel bad for all the others if you get that many. Since others couldn’t even get one and ordered before you, I assume.
