Just walking out from the Burbank show. Quick sho summary:

No 700/us1 SSPs
No 700/us1 parallels higher than gold
No TC 150 #D parallels
2-3 Hmt1 refractors /250
3 Topps Chrome blue RC autographs (all BGS)
2-3 Bowman Chrome auto Pitching including a Gold and Blue (both BGS)
1 UD Exquisite auto BGS 8.5
Very few base RC autos that could represent reasonable values (BGS/PSA 9)
Lot of Base - stacks and stacks

What I find really interesting is that the best opportunity cards were held by collectors trying to sell. Saw a raw clean looking Bowman pitching auto and some low # RC parallels. But they were all asking stupid prices.

I walked out of the show satisfied with no purchases. I also felt good about my collection. It's crazy where we've ended up after a few years, Sho collectors. The good stuff is really dry.

Thanks for sharing. I know I’m going to have to pay up for an HMT1 refractor in Cleveland this summer, but I want to add one.

Didn’t mean to seem down about it. I was lamenting about not pulling the trigger when they were $400 (or much less).

Hearing this makes me so glad I pulled the trigger on all those 700 parallels last off-season.

Crazy that during 2019 when he was hurt, people were off-loading all his stuff. I remember spending $100 and got a rainbow, PSA 10, several base cards ($2-4 each after shipping) and some other non-flagship (team pack variation, bowman chrome, other random Topps RC).

I even sold a rainbow PSA 10 for $125 and thought I did great at the time (luckily, I bought one back for cheaper)

Isn't the usual flagship SSP ~250 range? I'd guess it's around there. Not for me, but a rare hit.
